You may cancel any service at any time through your Account Portal or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in a service-specific agreement.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' prior notice of any price changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of our Services or content without our prior written consent.
The Cornerstone Creation name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of Cornerstone Creation. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Our Services may allow you to upload, store, or transmit content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Cornerstone Creation a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, and display your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services to you.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We are not responsible for any User Content and reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms.

CORNERSTONE CREATION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (A) THE SERVICES WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; (B) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CORNERSTONE CREATION, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cornerstone Creation and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including but not limited to your User Content, any use of our content other than as expressly authorized, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at information@cornerstonecreation33.org or through your Account Portal. Termination does not relieve you of any obligation to pay fees accrued prior to termination.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability — shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, sending you an email notification. Changes become effective upon posting unless stated otherwise.
Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
